Refund Policy

This policy applies uniformly to all global customers purchasing natural gemstones & fine jewelry from our store, shipped directly from Pakistan.
1. Custom Made-to-Order Items: Final Sale — No Refunds / Cancellations
After full payment confirmation, we immediately send your loose gemstone to certified Pakistani gem laboratories for official certification and begin full handmade fabrication. At every production stage, we do not accept order cancellation, modification, return, exchange or partial/full refunds for any personal preference reasons including dislike of color, design, size or gem appearance.
2. Ready Stock Loose Gemstones & Finished Jewelry — Limited After-Sales
We do not offer free refunds or returns for subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind, color difference from website photos or size mismatch. Only two scenarios qualify for limited after-sales resolution within 5 calendar days after confirmed delivery:
- Goods severely damaged during international transit
- Incorrect item shipped by our warehouse
3. Voluntary Return of Undamaged Ready Stock Items
If you insist on returning intact, defect-free ready stock goods for personal preference:
- A non-refundable restocking fee of 35% of your full order total will be deducted from any partial store credit we may provide (no full cash refunds for voluntary returns)
- All cross-border return shipping, insurance and logistics costs are fully covered by you, the buyer
- We hold absolute discretion to reject all voluntary non-defect return requests without explanation
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Goods
No return, exchange or partial credit eligibility for any of the following:
- Jewelry/gemstones with scratches, wear marks, loose stones or altered settings
- Items missing original gem lab certification documents or damaged original factory packaging
- Clearance discounted goods, limited-edition collections, promotional special offer gemstones, large carat premium loose stones
5. Fraudulent Refund Claims
We reserve the right to reject all refund requests and ban your account permanently if you file false damage claims, intentionally damage received products or submit malicious chargebacks without valid supporting evidence.
