1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
All natural colored gemstones & jewelry require sequential steps before dispatch: loose gem lab certification (starts immediately after full payment), Pakistani artisan hand crafting & polishing, final quality inspection, certificate matching and shockproof export packaging.
Definition of Business Days: Excludes Pakistani factory holidays, gem lab off-days, global national public holidays, courier backlog periods and customs clearance waiting times.
2. Global Shipping Terms
- Full insurance included on all high-value gem parcels, covering loss, theft and transit damage. Signature confirmation on delivery is mandatory; we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
- Import duties, VAT and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. All destination country import duties, VAT, customs brokerage fees and local inspection charges are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer, payable upon package receipt. We do not cover any cross-border tax or tariff expenses.
- No liability for delays: We accept zero liability for delayed delivery, customs detention, seizure or lost packages caused by incomplete shipping addresses, missed pickup by buyer, local courier malfunctions, customs inspection rules, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
- Full unboxing video rule: You must record a complete unboxing video starting from opening the outer shipping box through full inspection of loose gems, jewelry and original lab certificates immediately after receiving the parcel. Any transit damage must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of delivery, with full unboxing footage as mandatory proof. Damage claims submitted without valid video evidence will not be processed.
