1. Product Information

We sell natural loose gemstones & handcrafted fine jewelry, including Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Aquamarine, Tourmaline and all other precious colored gemstones. Natural stones have unique inclusions, color zoning and minor size differences, which are natural features and not defects. Minor color variance from photos may appear due to screen & lighting differences; subjective color dissatisfaction does not qualify for returns. All loose stones & custom jewelry will receive official gem lab certification from Pakistani authorized gem labs after order confirmation.

2. Order & Payment Rules

Orders only activate after full payment confirmation. We do not reserve inventory or start certification/manufacturing before full settlement. Processing timeline (shipped directly from Pakistan):

1. Ready stock loose gems / finished jewelry: 2–15 business days to ship post full payment
2. Custom made-to-order jewelry: 20–30 business days full production, certification & dispatch

Business days exclude Pakistani factory holidays, gem lab off-days, global public holidays, courier backlogs and customs clearance delays. All prices shown on site are USD, exclusive of import duties, VAT, customs brokerage & inspection fees; all cross-border taxes are buyer's sole responsibility. Payment data is processed via encrypted third-party gateways; we do not store full card/bank details.

3. Shipping Terms

All high-value gem parcels carry full insurance for order value against loss, theft & transit damage. Mandatory signature delivery; PO box shipping unavailable. Buyers must provide complete accurate shipping details. We take no liability for lost/delayed parcels caused by wrong addresses, missed pickup, or refusal to pay local customs taxes.

4. Refund & Return Policy

All custom made-to-order jewelry is Final Sale. Once payment is confirmed, we immediately send loose stones to labs for certification and start handcrafting. No cancellation, modification, return, exchange or refund will be accepted for any personal preference reason at any production stage.

Ready stock items do not support free returns for change of mind, subjective color dislike or size mismatch. Only transit-damaged or incorrectly shipped goods qualify for limited after-sales support within 5 calendar days of delivery with full unboxing video evidence.

If buyers voluntarily return undamaged ready stock items for personal reasons:

• A non-refundable 35% restocking fee of total order value will be deducted from any partial store credit offered
• All international return shipping, insurance & logistics fees are fully paid by the buyer
• We reserve full right to decline all voluntary non-defect return requests

Items with wear, scratches, loose stones, altered settings, missing original lab certificates, damaged packaging or incomplete accessories cannot be returned or refunded. Clearance, limited-edition, promotional & large carat loose gemstones are permanent Final Sale with zero after-sales eligibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All website images, videos, gem descriptions, designs and logos are copyright protected. No commercial reproduction without our written approval. Custom design drafts confirmed by customers remain our intellectual property.

6. User Prohibited Conduct

Users may not submit fake information for fraudulent orders; tamper with received goods to fabricate defects for refunds; file malicious unfounded chargebacks; spread slanderous content about our brand; or use the site for illegal transactions. Violation results in account block & refusal of all future orders.

7. Minor Restriction

Our products are high-value precious gem goods for users aged 18+. Minors may only browse with legal guardian supervision and cannot place independent orders. Minor unapproved orders will be fully cancelled.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Lab certificates are the sole authenticity proof for natural gemstones. We do not accept disputes from third-party re-inspection without original packaging & certificates. We are not responsible for customer indirect financial losses caused by production/shipping/customs delays. Warranty only covers factory manufacturing defects; damage from wear, collision, chemical corrosion or self-alteration is excluded.

9. Policy Revision

We may update all site policies without individual notice; revised versions post updated last-updated date on relevant pages. Continued site use confirms acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This agreement follows commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes resolve via friendly negotiation first; unresolved disputes submit to Pakistani legal arbitration for final judgment.
